New Saripodhaa Sanivaaram poster showcases Nani's calmer side in the action thriller

Nani starrer Saripodhaa Sanivaaram is one of the most awaited Telugu films of the year. The makers of the film released a new poster on Thursday.

Contrary to the earlier posters and teaser, which were brimming with action, the new poster reveals a new side to Nani's character in the film, with the actor calmly riding a bike with a content smile on his face. In their official update post, the film's production banner DVV Entertainment added the caption, “Every raging Saturday has its calm counterpart. Now, Experience a new dimension of Surya on other days.”

A few days ago, the makers had released their first single 'Garam Garam’ which has acquired more than 6 million YouTube views so far. Jakes Bejoy is the music director for the film.

Saripodhaa Sanivaaram marks the second collaboration between Nani and director Vivek Athreya, who had previously made Ante Sundaraniki with the Hi Nanna actor. Apart from Nani, Saripodhaa Sanivaaram stars Priyanka Arul Mohan and SJ Suryah in prominent roles. Karthika Srinivas R and Murali G are the editor and cinematographer, respectively.

Saripodhaa Sanivaaram is slated for a theatrical release on August 29. Besides its Telugu release, the film will be dubbed in Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada under the title Surya's Saturday.
