The makers of Bachchala Malli released a special glimpse video of their film on the occasion of Allari Naresh’s birthday. The Aa Okkati Adakku actor plays the lead role in the film.

The special glimpse video introduces Naresh’s character as a ruffian from the rural heartlands, someone who doesn’t like to bow down in front of others and does his own thing. Bachchala Malli is reportedly set against the backdrop of the 1990s. The first look of the film was released on May 28.

Subbu Mangadevvi, who has earlier directed the film Solo Brathuke So Better, is directing Bachchala Malli. While the story and dialogues are penned by Subbu, Vipparthi Madhu has penned the screenplay, and Viswanetra is credited with additional screenplay. The film’s ensemble cast includes Amritha Aiyer, Rohini, Rao Ramesh, Achyuth Kumar, Balagam Jayaram, Hari Teja, Praveen, and Viva Harsha. Vishal Chandrasekhar, of Sita Ramam fame, is the music director for the film. The cinematography is by Richard M Nathan, and the editing is by Chota K Prasad.
