First look of Chandini Chowdary's Yevam out

Chandini Chowdary, whose upcoming film Gaami is gearing up for release on March 8, will soon be starring in another film titled Yevam. The makers released the first look of their film on Sunday. Yevam is jointly produced by Navdeep and Pavan Kishore Goparaju.

While unveiling first look poster, the Yevam makers also posted a tongue-in-cheek video with a mock banter between the film’s female lead Chandini and co-producer Navdeep, where the former is pestering Navdeep to kickstart the promotions already and launch the promotional material. Navdeep and director Prakash Dantuluri then meet the film’s production designer Laxman Aelay, who comes up with the film’s title logo design.

Yevam is expected to be a cop drama-thriller, where Chandini plays the role of a police officer.  Prakash, who is the director for Yevam, first directed the 2010 film Om Shanti. The film also stars Vasishta N Simha, Bharat Raj, and Ashu Reddy in prominent roles.

Vishweshwar SV is the cinematographer for the film, while Srujana Adusumilli is the editor. Keerthana Desh, who is also the music director for the upcoming drama Vyooham, is composing the music for Yevam.
