Saripodhaa Sanivaaram makers release new still, hint at a major update next week

The makers of the upcoming Nani-starrer Saripodhaa Sanivaram released a new promotional still on Saturday evening. The makers also hinted at a ‘special treat’ for Telugu film buffs on February 24. The new promotional still comprises a dimly lit frame with a study table in the centre, with various artefacts that build intrigue—an open diary, two posters of movie stars in the blurry background, a shiny diamond-like figure on the table top, and a wooden cat figure.

In October 2023, the film's makers shared a brief teaser, giving the audience a feel of the film’s action-packed universe as well as Nani’s character. Contrary to Ante Sundaraniki, Nani's Saripodhaa Sanivaaram promises to be a full-fledged action film that showcases a different side of the actor. Additionally, the film stars SJ Suryah and Priyanka Mohan in prominent roles.

Saripodhaa Sanivaaram is directed by Vivek Athreya, who had earlier worked with Nani in the Ante Sundaraniki (2022). The quirky romantic comedy, where Nazriya Nazim played the female lead opposite Nani, received mostly positive reviews. Saripodhaa Sanivaaram is produced by DVV Danayya and Kalyan Dasari under the banner of DVV Entertainment.
