Allu Arjun felicitated at Berlin Film Festival, to attend special screening of Pushpa: The Rise

Allu Arjun, who is gearing up for the release of his upcoming action spectacle Pushpa 2: The Rule, was felicitated at the ongoing Berlin Film Festival on Saturday. The actor, who was felicitated at the India Pavilion section, also took part in a special interaction at the Film in India Breakfast Networking Session.

Receiving the honour, Allu Arjun talked about the richness of Indian cinema and his aspirations to take Indian cinema to greater heights in global markets. According to the social media page of Mythri Movie Makers, the production banner of the Pushpa franchise, there is also a special screening of Pushpa: The Rise being organised at the festival today.

Pushpa: The Rise, which released in December 2021, emerged as one of the biggest hits of the year. Allu Arjun also bagged the National Award for Best Actor for his performance.

Directed by Sukumar, Pushpa 2: The Rule is slated to hit theatres worldwide on August 15.
