Renowned Telugu film producer Allu Aravind visited KIMS Hospital in Hyderabad on December 18, 2024, to check on the condition of young Sritej, who was critically injured during a stampede at Sandhya Theatre earlier this month. The tragic incident, which occurred during the premiere of Pushpa 2: The Rule resulted in the death of Revati and left her son, Sri Tej, in critical condition.

During his visit, Aravind met with Sritej’s family and consulted with the medical team overseeing the boy’s treatment. Aravind shared with the media, “We will fully support the family of the deceased. The government is also with us on this. Because of the legal proceedings, Allu Arjun could not come here. I came today on his behalf.”

Sritej remains in critical condition, currently on ventilator support in the Intensive Care Unit due to insufficient oxygen supply to the brain during the stampede. Medical staff are closely monitoring his condition and providing nutrition through a feeding tube.

Actor Allu Arjun, who was released on interim bail after the Telangana police arrested him, took to social media recently. In a statement, he said, “I remain deeply concerned about young Sritej, who is under constant medical care after the unfortunate incident. Due to the ongoing legal proceedings, I have been advised not to visit him and his family at this time. My prayers remain with them, and I remain committed to taking responsibility for addressing the medical and family needs.”
