Known for her captivating performances, Shefali Shah, one of Bollywood's most diverse actors, has always made a lasting impression through her films. Shefali recently participated in a moderated chat with Arundhati Bhattacharya, the CEO of Salesforce, in Hyderabad, with an attendance of over 400 women in person and 3000 online.

Expressing her interest in working in Telugu cinema, she said, “I truly admire Telugu cinema. I think they perfectly blend grandeur with the art of storytelling. Look at their films, whether it's the Baahubali franchise, RRR, Kalki, or Sita Ramam—they are truly magical. I would love to work with them if given a chance.”

Shah's career began on the Gujarati stage before she progressed to television, with prominent appearances in sitcoms such as Hasratein and Kabhie Kabhie. Her feature debut was a minor role in Rangeela (1995), but it was her performance in the 1997 TV series Hasratein that earned her widespread acclaim. She continued to establish herself with impactful parts in films such as Satya (1998), for which she received a Filmfare Critics Award, and Gandhi, My Father (2007), where her depiction of Kasturba Gandhi garnered her the Best Actress award at the Tokyo International Film Festival. She won the National Film Award for Best Supporting Actress for her role in The Last Lear (2007), solidifying her place as one of India's most noted actors. On her upcoming works, she has Hisaab, directed by Vipul Amrutlal Shah, which also stars Jaideep Ahlawat and Abhishek Bannerjee.
