The makers of Nivetha Thomas-Priyadarshi starrer 35 released their new single ‘Chinna Idi Vintha Lokam’ on Wednesday. 35 is an upcoming slice-of-life drama about a middle-class married couple and their academically struggling elder son.
Composed by Vivek Sagar, ‘Chinna Idi Vintha Lokam’ is a sweet and playful composition, from the point of view of a young boy talking about his bittersweet equation with his parents. Eminent playback singer Vijay Prakash is the main vocalist for the song, while Sandilya Pisapati has been credited with additional vocals. The heartwarming lyrics are by Bharadwaj Gali.
The film stars Vishwadev Rachakonda, who plays the boy’s father, besides featuring stars Gautami and K Bhagyaraj as part of the supporting cast. The makers of 35 recently announced their decision to postpone the film’s release. The new release date for the film is yet to be announced. 35 marks the directorial debut of Nanda Kishore Emani, who had previously worked as a writer on Pitta Kathalu (2021) and Stand Up Rahul (2022). The cinematography is by Nikesh Bommi, and the editing is by TC Prasanna. Rana Daggubati is presenting the film, and Suresh Productions is producing this film in association with Waltair Production and S Originals.
Nivetha Thomas was last seen in the Malayalam film Enthada Saji, while Priyadarshi’s recent release was the marriage comedy Darling, where he shared screen with Nabha Natesh.
