The makers of Kannappa released Mukesh Rishi’s character poster

The actor is playing the role of Clan Chief Mundadu in the Manchu Vishnu starrer.

The upcoming mythological epic Kannappa, in which Vishnu Manchu plays the title role of the Shiva devotee, has a huge cast of celebrities, including Sarathkumar, Prabhas, Mohan Babu, Akshay Kumar, Mohanlal, and Kajal Agarwal. Mukesh Rishi is said to be playing the role of Kampadu, who is the chief of the Bhadraganam clan, which consists of people of the Pulindu race. An official poster featuring Mukesh's character has been released by the production banner, 24 Frames Factory. The text in the poster reads, “The ancient race of Pulindu were born in Sadasiva Hills. They are also called Bhadraganam and they are the hereditary servants and saviours of Vayulingam. Kampadu is the leader of Bhadraganam.” The makers of Kannappa also released a poster featuring actor Brahmaji, who is playing Gavvaraju of the Bhadraganam clan. 

Helmed by director Mukesh Kumar Singh, Kannappa’s crew includes cinematography by Seldon Chau, music by Stephen Devassy, and editing by Anthony Gonsalvez. Kecha Khamphakdee is choreographing the stunts and epic war sequences. The film’s teaser premiered at Cannes Film Festival this year and the team plans to release the film in all major pan-Indian languages of Telugu, Hindi, English, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada.
