Kubera team kicks off its Mumbai schedule

We had earlier reported in March that the makers of Dhanush starrer Kubera were in Bangkok for a long shoot schedule. The team has now kicked off a new schedule in Mumbai. 

Kubera is being directed by filmmaker Sekhar Kammula, who has made popular films like Happy Days (2007) and Fidaa (2016). Sekhar has also written the script in collaboration with Chaithanya Pingali.

Besides Dhanush, the primary cast of Kubera includes names like Nagarjuna, Rashmika Mandanna, and Bollywood actor Jim Sarbh.  Devi Sri Prasad has been roped in as the music director. Niketh Bommi handles the cinematography. Ramakrishna Sabbani and Monika Nigotre are the production designers.

Suniel Narang and Puskur Ram Mohan Rao are producing the film under their banner Sree Venkateswara Cinemas LLP, in association with Amigos Creations Pvt Ltd. Kubera was officially launched in July 2023, and the first look and title of the film were unveiled earlier in February this year.
