Title glimpse of Nara Rohith’s Sundarakanda out

Nara Rohith, who is gearing up for his upcoming release Pratinidhi 2, will next be seen in a romance drama titled Sundarakanda. The makers unveiled the title glimpse of their film, also announcing its release date. Sundarakanda is slated to release on September 6.

Taking to his X page, Nara Rohith unveiled the title glimpse. The video begins with a voiceover about the essence of love that recounts some of the most iconic love stories of Telugu cinema, like Geethanjali (1989)Kushi (2000) and Bommarillu (2006), before proclaiming that ‘no two love stories are the same.’ The glimpse ends with a reveal of Nara Rohith walking amidst a horde of students, with an engineering textbook in one hand and a small gardening plant in another. 

Virti Vaghani will reportedly play the female lead in the film. The ensemble cast of Sundarakanda includes actors like Sri Devi Vijay Kumar, Naresh Vijaya Krishna, Vasuki Anand, Satya, Ajay, VTV Ganesh, Abhinav Gomatam, Viswant, Rupa Lakshmi, Sunaina, Raghu Babu, Amrutham Vasu, and Adhurs Raghu. 

Venkatesh Nimmalapudi is the writer and director for Sundarakanda. Leon James is the music composer for the film. The cinematography is by Pradeesh M Varma and editing is by Rohan Chillale. Sundarakanda is produced by Santosh Chinnapolla, Gowtham Reddy, and Rakesh Mahankalli.
