Satya Dev starrer Krishnamma to release on May 3

The makers of Satyadev’s upcoming movie Krishnamma announced their film’s release date. Krishnamma will hit the theatres on May 3.

Krishnamma is a crime drama that’s set against the background of rural Andhra Pradesh, and is set in the late 2000s and early 2010s. The film has been a long time in the making. The film’s official teaser was released in August 2022. However, the delays in the post-production process reportedly postponed the film's release plans. 

Koratala Siva is presenting the film, while Krishna Kommalapati is bankrolling the project under the banner of Arunachala Creations. Gopalaa Krishna has also written the script. Kaala Bhairava is the music director for the film, and Ananth Sriram has penned the lyrics. The cinematography and editing are by Sunny Kurapati and Tammiraju, respectively.

Satydev’s last major appearance was in the 2022 film Gurthunda Seethakalam, where he shared the screen with Tamannaah Bhatia. Amitha, meanwhile, was recently seen in the Tamil film Amigo Garage.
