
Rakesh Varre will soon be seen headlining the political drama Jitendher Reddy. The makers of the film released their first glimpse teaser at a special event on Wednesday. The launch event was attended by the primary cast and crew of the film.
By the looks of the glimpse teaser, Jitendher Reddy promises to tell the story of a common man who rises to become a major political figure with the support of people around him. The glimpse video also carries the film’s tagline, “History needs to be told.” The film is reportedly based on a true story.
Virinchi Varma, who has earlier made films like Uyyala Jampala (2013) and Majnu (2016), is the director for Jitendher Reddy. The film’s supporting cast includes Kethiri Sudhakar Reddy and Rama Rao Jadhav, among others. Gopi Sundar has been signed as the music director for the film. VS Gnana Sekhar is the cinematographer for the political drama, and Rama Krishna Arram is the editor.
