SS Rajamouli has caught a double bill screening of Miss Shetty Mr Polishetty (MSMP) and Jawan in Prasads Multiplex, Hyderabad and is full of praises for both the films.
Appreciating the team of MSMP on X (formerly Twitter), the director is quoted saying, "Sweety looked as beautiful and radiant as ever. Naveen Polishetty provided lots of laughter and loads of fun. Congratulations to the Miss Shetty Mr Polishetty team on their success. Mahesh Babu P, kudos to you for handling such a sensitive subject with so much fun."
In addition to the titular leads, Miss Shetty Mr Polishetty also stars Sonia Deepti, Jayasudha, Abhinav Gomatam, Tulasi, Murali Sharma, Nasser and Harshvardhan, among others. The film, set in India and the UK, revolves around a woman's quest for a sperm donor. Anushka Shetty plays the role of a chef, while Naveen plays the role of a stand-up comic. The film is written and directed by Mahesh Babu P. MSMP is produced by Vamsi and Pramod under the banner UV Creations. Nirav Shah is the cinematographer of the film, with editing by Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao and music by Radhan. MSMP opened to decent collections and positive reviews and word of mouth.
