The makers of MAD released the film's trailer on Tuesday. The film, a campus comedy, is produced by Haarika Suryadevara under the Sithara Entertainments banner. MAD, incidentally, is also her maiden film as a producer.
The trailer of MAD shows four college friends, who explore hostel life and lectures in a humourous way. MAD is the maiden film of writer-director Kalyan Shankar. He has co-written the film along with Praveen Pattu and Pranay Rao Takkallapalli.
MAD stars Sangeeth Shoban, who will also be appearing in the ZEE 5 original film Prema Vimanam, opposite Saanve Meghana. Narne Nithin, Ram Nithin, Gouri Priya Reddy, Anananthika Sanil Kumar and Gopikaa Udyan. Character actors like Raghu Babu, Muralidhar Goud, Vishnu, Anthony and Srikanth Reddy also star in the film.
Bheems Ceciroleo has composed the music of MAD. Shamdat Sainudeen and Dinesh Krishnan B have served as the cinematographers of the film, with editing by Navin Nooli. Raam Arasavilli is the art director of the film, with action choreography by Karunakar.
MAD is all set to hit theatres on October 6.
