Anushka Shetty took to her official X handle, on Tuesday, to announce that a special show has been organised for women across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, for her latest outing at the theatres, Miss Shetty Mr Polishetty.
She wrote on the social media platform, "It is heartwarming to see all your love and response toMiss Shetty Mr Polishetty.. means the world to us …To celebrate this, we are organising a special morning show on this Thursday just for ladies across Andhra Pradesh / Telangana…see u all at the theatres." The post came along with a video of Anushka conveying the same message in Telugu.
Also starring Naveen Polishetty in the lead, the romantic comedy film is helmed by Mahesh Babu P. The film, set in India and the UK, revolves around a woman's quest for a sperm donor. Anushka Shetty plays the role of a chef, while Naveen plays the role of a stand-up comic.
In addition to the titular leads, Miss Shetty Mr Polishetty also stars Sonia Deepti, Jayasudha, Abhinav Gomatam, Tulasi, Murali Sharma, Nasser and Harshvardhan, among others.
Miss Shetty Mr Polishetty is produced by Vamsi and Pramod under the banner UV Creations. While they have previously worked with Anushka in Bhaagmathie, this is their maiden project with Naveen. Nirav Shah is the film's cinematographer, with editing by Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao and music by Radhan.
