Rajamouli praises Jawan 

SS Rajamouli was seen catching Jawan at Prasads, Hyderabad on Thursday. Taking to X (formerly Twitter) to compliment the team, the RRR director writes, "This is the reason why Shah Rukh Khan is the Baadshah of the box office. What an earth shattering opening. Congratulations Atlee, for continuing the success streak in the north too, and congrats to the team of Jawan for the stupendous success. 

Responding to this, Shah Rukh Khan reposts and writes, "Thank you so much sir. We are all learning from your creative inputs for cinema. Please see it as and when you can. Then call me to tell me if I can be a mass hero also. Ha Ha. Love and Regards sir.

Jawan is directed by Atlee. He has written the script along with S Ramanagirivasan. Sumit Arora penned the film's Hindi dialogues. Jawan boasts of a star studded cast, comprising of Nayanathara, Vijay Sethupathi, Deepika Padukone, Sanya Malhotra, Priyamani, Sanjeeta Bhattacharya, Riddhi Dogra, Lehar Khan, Mukesh Chhabra and Yogi Babu. 

Gauri Khan has produced the film under Shah Rukh Khan's home banner Red Chillies Entertainments. Anirudh, making his Bollywood debut, is the music composer of the film. Jawan opened to mixed to positive reviews, earning an approximate amount of  ₹  129 cr gross on day one.
