As announced earlier, the makers of Nandamuri Balakrishna's Bhagavanth Kesari unveiled the film's first single, Ganesh Anthem, on Friday. Composed by Thaman S, the song has lyrics penned by Kasarla Shyam, while Kareemullah and Maneesha Pandranki have lent their voices to the song. The folk number features the talents of Nandamuri Balakrishna and Sreeleela.

The film features Kajal Aggarwal as the female lead opposite Balakrishna, while Sreeleela plays a significant role in the narrative. Also in the cast are R Sarathkumar and Priyanka Jawalkar. Notably, the film marks the Tollywood debut of Arjun Rampal.
