Saindhav teaser: Venkatesh is both a doting father and a ruthless man on a mission

The makers of Venkatesh's 75th film, Saindhav, released the film's teaser on Monday. Helmed by Sailesh Kolanu, the film is all set to hit theatres on January 13, 2024, for Sankranti. 

The teaser starts by showing Venkatesh as a doting father to a young girl child. We are then introduced to the world of illegal weapon smuggling, led by Nawazuddin Siddiqui. Through the cartel, the group abducts many teenagers and transports them to terrorist organisations. However, Venkatesh's SaiKo steps in to end the illegal business and save the day. 

It is to be noted that although Arya plays a prominent role in the film, his character was not shown in the teaser. The makers have wrapped the principal production of the film and are now in the middle of post-production duties. The star-studded ensemble cast of Saindhav also includes Andrea Jeremiah, Shraddha Srinath, Ruhani Sharma, and Jayaprakash. 

The film, an action entertainer, will be set in the fictitious South Indian coastal city called Chandraprastha. Venkat Boyanapalli of Niharika Entertainment is producing the film, with Kishore Tallur acting as the film's co-producer. Santhosh Narayanan is the music composer of Saindhav, with cinematography by Manikandan, editing by Garry BH and production design by Avinash Kolla.
