The makers of Aadikeshava and Devil have announced on Wednesday that they will be postponing their film releases. While the makers of Devil have announced that they will be postponing their film indefinitely, citing delayed VFX works as the reason, Aadikeshava will be hitting theatres on November 24.
Coincidentally, November 24 was the date on which Devil was scheduled to be released. It may be noted that this is the second time the makers of Aadikeshava have pushed their release dates. They first announced their intention to release the film on August 18, which they later moved to November 10 and now, November 24.
Devil is a spy thriller set in pre-independence India. The film stars Kalyanram Nandamuri, Samyuktha and Malavika Nair. Iranian-origin actor Elnaaz Nourozi will also feature in the film. Abhishek Nama has been credited as the director and producer of Devil.
Aadikeshava is an entertainer starring Panja Vaishnav Tej and Sreeleela in lead roles, while Aparna Das and Joju George play supporting roles in the film. The latter actors are making their Telugu debuts with Aadikeshava. Srikanth N Reddy is the director of the film, which is produced by Naga Vamsi and Sai Soujanya under the banner Sithara Entertainments and Fortune Four Cinemas.
