Custody teaser to be out on this date

The teaser of Venkat Prabhu's directorial Custody will be out on March 16 at 4:51 pm, the makers announced on Monday. The announcement was made along with a short promo video featuring Naga Chaithanya. The film stars Naga Chaithanya and Krithi Shetty in lead roles.

Custody, which marks Venkat's first foray into Telugu cinema, features an ensemble cast, including Arvind Swamy, Priyamani, R Sarathkumar, Vennela Kishore, Sampath Raj, Premji, Premi Vishwanath and Ramki. The film has music by Yuvan Shankar Raja and Ilaiyaraja while Venkat Raajen will handle the editing department.

Venkat Prabhu has penned the dialogues for the film in Tamil while Abburi Ravi has penned the Telugu dialogues. The film is set to release in theatres on May 12.

Post Custody, Venkat Prabhu will be joining forces with Kannada star Sudeep for a multilingual project while Chaitanya will be making his streaming debut with the Prime Video original Dhootha, helmed by his Manam and Thank You director, Vikram K Kumar.
