Shoot begins for Nikhil Siddhartha's Swayambhu

The makers of Nikhil Siddhartha-starrer Swayambhu announced, on Friday, that the shooting for the film has begun. Written and directed by Bharat Krishnamachari, the film stars Samyuktha as the female lead. 

Swayambhu, which marks Nikhil's twentieth film, will see the actor undergo a complete makeover to suit the historical sensibilities of its storyline. The film also happens to be Nikhil's most high-budget project to date. 

Vasudev Munnapaneni has penned the dialogues for Swayambhu, which is produced by Bhuvan and Sreekar under the banner Pixel Studios. Billed to be a historical epic drama, the film is presented by Tagore Madhu. 

Ravi Basrur is composing music for Swayambhu, with cinematography by Manoj Paramahamsa and production design by M Prabhakaran.
