Prabhas’ upcoming big-budget film Project K is currently in production, with the makers keeping the buzz about the film alive by revealing the videos from the pre-production works.
While the first episode, re-inventing the wheel, showed the making of a specially designed wheel, the second episode is titled Assembling The Raiders. Who are the Raiders? After several rounds of discussion, it is revealed that they are the uniformed army of the villain. The producer reveals it’s the most expensive part of the film.
Speaking to CE, Archana Rao who worked as costume designer, said, "Working on Project K was a unique experience because this movie is set in a different timeline which meant we had no reference point to begin with. The materials we used had to seem unfamiliar and new so we had to start the design process entirely from scratch."
Directed by Nag Ashwin, the film is backed by Vyjayanthi Movies with Ashwini Dutt serving as the producer. Besides Prabhas, the film also stars Deepika Padukone as the female lead, while Amitabh Bachchan will be seen in a significant role.
Project K will hit the screens on January 12, 2024.
