Samantha calls out news report for misquoting her

On Tuesday, actor Samantha, who is promoting her upcoming film Shaakuntalam, pointed out a news report for misquoting her. Sharing an article written by Great Andhra, the actor wrote on Twitter, "I never said this!!"

The article on Great Andhra was titled, "Samantha 1st Time Reacts to Naga Chaitanya's Dating Rumours." The article reported that Samantha commented upon Naga Chaitanya's rumoured relationship with Sobitha Dhulipala, at one of her promotional events. However, the actor has denied any such comments. 

Meanwhile, on the work front, Samantha, last seen in Yashoda, has a slew of projects in the pipeline including, Shaakuntalam, Kushi and an Indian adaptation of Citadel. With Shaakuntalam all set to release on April 14, she has begun filming for Kushi again. The film is all set to hit theatres on September 1.
