Sumanth's look from Sita Ramam out 

The makers of the upcoming multilingual film Sita Ramam, revealed the poster of actor Sumanth who will be portraying the role of Brigadier Vishnu Sharma in the film, on social media on Saturday.

Sita Ramam stars actors from various industries, including Dulquer Salmaan, Mrunal Thakur, Rashmika Mandanna, among others. Directed by Hanu Raghavapudi, the film is backed by Aswini Dutt under Swapna Cinema banner and presented by Vyjayanthi Movies.

Sumanth sports a stern expression on his face with a handlebar moustache. The glimpse reveals Sumanth smoking a cigarette and speaking on landline phone.

Billed to be a period romantic drama set in 1965, the film also features Gautam Menon, Prakash Raj among others. The technical crew consists of cinematography by PS Vinod and Vishal Chandrashekhar on the music. Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao is the editor.

Sita Ramam is made simultaneously in Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam. It is slated for release on August 5.
