Script for Venkatesh 75 locked

Actor Venkatesh, who was last seen in Ori Devuda, will next headline a high-voltage action thriller. To be produced by Venkat Boyanapally under Niharika Entertainments, the untitled film, commonly called Venkatesh 75, will be helmed by HIT-fame Sailesh Kolanu.

"Venkatesh was impressed with the idea narrated by Sailesh and gave his nod instantly. The film is replete with adrenaline-pumping action sequences, humour, and sentiment. The director is currently developing the script and the pre-production works will commence later this month. The makers are planning to mount the project on a lavish scale and the principal photography will commence early next year," says a source.

In addition to this film, Venkatesh will also be seen in Salman Khan's upcoming Hindi drama Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan. A remake of the Tamil action drama Veeram (2014), the film will showcase Venkatesh as the brother of Pooja Hegde.

The F3 actor has also completed shooting for his maiden web series Rana Naidu. A remake of Ray Donovan, the show is being bankrolled by Netflix.
