Seetimaarr to release on September 3

Actor Gopichand's long-delayed sports drama, Seetimaarr, is all set to release on September 3. The film was earlier scheduled to arrive in theatres on April 2 last year but was postponed due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Also starring Tamannaah Bhatia, Digangana Suryavanshi, and Bhumika Chawla, Seetimaarr is directed by Sampath Nandi and backed by Srinivasaa Silver Screen. 

While Gopichand will be seen as the coach of the Andhra Pradesh women's Kabaddi team, Tamannaah plays the coach of the Telangana women's team. "The story is blended with all the commercial elements one would expect from the combination of Gopichand and Sampath Nandi. Both Gopichand and Tamannah will be seen in never-seen-before roles and their performances as the coaches is one of the high points of the film. I am confident that Seetmaarr will give an exhilarating experience to our audience on September 3," said Srinivasaa Chhitturi, the producer of the film. 

 Apsara Rani will be seen in a special number in the film. The music of Seetimaarr is by Mani Sharma, and the cinematography is by Soundararajan.
