The motion poster of Rajinikanth's much-awaited Deepavali release Annaatthe is here.

The one-minute-odd motion poster shows a sickle-sporting Rajini in Kolkata. In a later shot, he can be seen riding a bullet bike, wearing a helmet and earphones. Further, the vehicle's registration number is 1212, which points at the superstar's birthday.

The first look of the film, which marks the superstar's 168th film, was released earlier today. It featured a veshti-clad Rajini in what looks like a village festival backdrop.

Directed by Siva, Annaatthe marks the first collaboration between the filmmaker and Rajinikanth. This is composer Imman's first film with the actor and second with the director.

Apart from Rajinikanth, the film stars Meena, Khushboo, Keerthy Suresh, Nayanthara, Prakashraj, Robo Shankar, Soori, and Sathish in important roles. Said to be a rural drama, it has Vetri and Ruben handling cinematography and editing, respectively.

Annaatthe will hit screens on the 4th of November, on the occasion of Deepavali.
