As Gautham Vasudev Menon completes 25 years in the film industry, his films soundtracks are being celebrated through a series of concerts, titled 'Ondra Renda'. After being held in Chennai, the concert will be held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on October 10.
Singers like Karthik, Shruti Haasan, Krishh, Blaaze, Saindhavi, Paal Dabba, Sathya Prakash and Haripriya, will perform along with musicians like Keba Jeremiah, Lalit Talluri, Manoj Kumar, Keith Peters and Bhuvanesh Narayanan.
Gautham Vasudev Menon began his career with the romantic drama Minnale (2001). He became well known for his romantic and slice of life films like Vaaranam Aayiram (2008), Vinnaithaandi Varuvaayaa (2009), and Neethane En Ponvasantham (2012). He also formed a strong footing in the action genre with his cop trilogy: Kaakha Kaakha (2003), Vettaiyaadu Vilaiyaadu (2006), and Yennai Arindhal (2015). His latest directorial was the Mammootty-starrer Dominic and the Ladies' Purse (2025).
Beyond filmmaking Gautham has also regularly worked as an actor since Trance (2020) and Kannum Kannum Kollaiyadithaal (2020). His latest acting project was TN CM C Joseph Vijay's swansong as an actor, Jana Nayagan.
