We had reported in January this year that YouTube sensation Bhaarath and actor Saanve Megghana are headlining a film. The latest update from the makers is that the film has been titled Kaaviya Kaadhal.
The title was announced with a special video where Bhaarath's character overdoes everything for her lady love, played by Saanve Megghana. The film, directed by debutant Hariharasuthan Azhagiri, marks the fourth film for the production banner Shanthi Talkies. The film also stars Bala Saravanan.
The upcoming project will be actor Bhaarath's second film. Bhaarath is making his acting debut with the Lokesh Kanagaraj-backed project, Mr Bhaarath, while Saanve Megghana made her Tamil debut in Kudumbasthan (2025). This untitled film will be her Tamil sophomore film, while her Telugu filmography includes Most Eligible Bachelor, Pushpaka Vimanam, Prema Vimanam, and Tuk Tuk.
Kaaviya Kaadhal's technical team comprises music composer Nivas K Prasanna, cinematographer Theni Eswar, and editor Ganesh Siva.
