Aruldoss, known for playing key supporting roles in many notable Tamil films, is stepping into a prominent lead role in Reunion. Also starring Akhil Santhosh, the film is directed by Satz Rex.
The film's first look poster was released by Vijay Sethupathi on Monday, where he also extended his wishes to the film’s team.
Besides Aruldoss and Akhil Santhosh, the film also stars Jayakumar, Anupama Kumar, Parveen, Subramanian, Gemini Mani, Sivam, Sethupathi Jayachandran, Karate Raja, Poovaiyar and many others in prominent characters.
A gangster drama, Reunion also has elements of a commercial entertainer, said the makers. Plot details are currently unknown.
On the technical team, the film has cinematography by Vicky Mac, music by Rockie Djea and editing by Muthamilan Ramu. Besides directing, Satz also serves as the creative producer. Yogesh is the executive producer. The film is produced by Karthik Jayas under the Hustlers Entertainment banner.
With filming already complete, Reunion is currently in its post production stage with a release date yet to be finalised by the makers.
It is to be noted that Aruldoss was recently seen in an important role in Radikaa Sarathkumar's hit film Thaai Kizhavi.
