Actor Janani got married to her longtime boyfriend Sai Roshan Shyam at a ceremony on Monday. The couple was engaged in April 2025, in a private ceremony.
The actor shared pictures from the ceremony on Instagram, in which guests, such as her close family and friends were featured on the post. Janani captioned the post by writing, "Officially Mr and Mrs." The actor's husband is a pilot and an aircraft engineer.
Janani began her career with small roles in films, before making her full fledged debut in Bala's Avan Ivan (2011). The film starred Vishal and Arya, as two half brothers, with GM Kumar and Madhu Shalini also being part of the cast.
She gained further prominence for her role in the investigative thriller Thegidi (2014), which was directed by P Ramesh. She starred alongside Ashok Selvan, who portrayed a amateur sleuth who investigates a series of murders with a mysterious figure behind them.
