Dhanush's 55th, the film also stars Sreeleela, Sai Pallavi, Mammootty, and Indrans in prominent roles. The recently unveiled title glimpse revealed the film to be set in Thiruvannamalai, with the story seemingly revolving around sandalwood cutting.
After the resounding commercial success of Karuppu, fans await Suriya's next, Vishwanath and Sons, slated for release on August 14. Helmed by Venky Atluri, the film also stars Mamitha Baiju and Raveena Tandon in prominent roles. It tells a story of romance between a middle-aged man and a woman who is half as old as he is. The makers describe it as "a heartfelt journey of dreams, emotions, and unexpected love".
