Pavish is a boy in love whose girlfriend makes him max out his credit card in the teaser for Love Oh Love. The makers unveiled the teaser on Monday. Helmed by debutant filmmaker Magesh Rajendran, the film also stars YouTube fame Naga Durga as the female lead.
The teaser features Pavish as a corporate employee dating a girl who loves materialistic things. He finds himself stuck paying his credit card dues and tries his best to handle the finances as well as his girlfriend. The teaser also shows him narrating his side of the story to police officials.
Pavish's uncle, Selvaraghavan, plays the police officer in Love Oh Love while KS Ravikumar plays his father. Vanitha Vijayakumar, Ramya, and Adithya Kathir are set to play key roles in the upcoming film. Apart from Tamil, Naga Durga is also set to make her debut in Telugu cinema soon.
The film has been majorly shot in and around Chennai, with some portions taken in Ooty. According to the makers, Love Oh Love will be a "refreshing romantic entertainer that celebrates the charm, confusion, and chemistry of modern love".
Foxn is composing music for the film. The crew also consists of PG Muthiah as the director of photography, NB Srikanth as the editor, PA Mahendiran as the art director, and Abishek Srinivas as the stunt choreographer.
The upcoming film is backed by Zinema Media and Entertainment Ltd, who recently released GV Prakash's Blackmail. The film is presented by Dinesh Raj, in association with Creative Entertainers & Distributors. It is co-produced by G Dhananjheyan.
Magesh Rajendran has previously assisted director Lakshman in films like Bogan (2017) and Bhoomi (2021). While the makers have announced that Love Oh Love is scheduled for a July release, an exact release date is yet to be revealed.
