Actor Silambarasan TR took to social media and announced that he had called upon Tamil Nadu Chief Minister C Joseph Vijay. Silambarasan also shared some photos of his meeting with the CM.
Silambarasan and the Chief Minster can be seen conversing in a photo and sharing a warm moment in another. "It was a pleasure meeting Hon’ble Chief Minister Vijay anna today. Wishing him strength, success and God’s blessings as he serves the people of Tamil Nadu," wrote Silambarasan in the post's caption.
While Tamil Nadu Chief Minister C Joseph Vijay has not acted alongside Silambarasan TR, during his acting days, the former has lent support to the latter on his film's release. Notably Vijay was lent his support to both Silambarasan and his father, T Rajendhar, during a period when Silambarasan's Vaalu was facing problems with its release.
