Interestingly, the makers of the film, Venkat K Narayana's KVN Productions, have shot a dance sequence for use at the end of the film for fans to celebrate in theatres.
In an exclusive conversation on KVN Productions' YouTube channel, producer Venkat K Narayana said that the dance sequence was shot on the final day of filming. The producer added that the sequence compiles many different signature steps from Vijay that the audience has seen over the years. The sequence has not been added to the recently released song videos from Jana Nayagan, as the makers intends it as a surprise element for audiences in theatres.
"People who love his dances, it is a compilation of all his signature movements. It has come out really really well," the producer said during the conversation about the 'Last Dance' sequence from the upcoming film. He also revealed that the sequence lasts only a minute and a half. "I wanted to be there when they filmed it because it was the last day of shoot," the producer revealed.
He also disclosed that the sequence was shot in a single take. "It is fascinating to see him dance on the set. The entire movie started with Kacheri and ended with it as well," the producer revealed.
The term 'last dance' refers to the final performance of an artist. The word originates from sports, alluding to a sportsperson's final performance, and is popularised by Michael Jordan's documentary of the same name.
As for Vijay, the audience is eagerly awaiting the release to dance with him and make it a massive celebration in theatres.
