The makers of Sasikumar's upcoming film My Lord, helmed by Raju Murugan, dropped the trailer on Monday.
The film, with a social theme like the filmmaker's other works, follows Muthusirpi (Sasikumar), who, along with his wife, is declared dead according to the records when they are still alive. In the following moments, we are shown the past of the protagonist, who is affected by a kidney racket. The film is about how a simple person fights against this racket, which also seems to be tied to powerful politicians.
My Lord is directed by Raju Murugan, who is known for directing films like Cuckoo (2014) and Joker (2020). Raju Murugan has also written lyrics along with Athipatti K Mariyappan, Dinesh Rajendran (Rap).
The cast of the film also includes Chaithra J Achar, Asha Sharath, Guru Somasundaram, Jayaprakash, Gopi Nainar, and Vasumithra.
