The makers of Thaai Kizhavi have released a new single, titled 'Maatikitaan Minorkunju', from the film's soundtrack. Sivakarthikeyan is producing the film, which stars Radikaa Sarathkumar in the lead.
Nivas K Prasanna is composing music for the film. 'Maatikitaan Minorkunju' is sung by Sublahshini and Alex Samuel Jenito, with lyrics by Arunraja Kamaraj. A music video for the song, featuring Sublahshini, and directed by Nash, was released.
Thaai Kizhavi, which is releasing on February 27, is director Sivakumar Murugesan's debut. Apart from Radikaa the film features Singam Puli, Arul Doss, Bala Saravanan, Munishkanth, Ilavarasu, George Maryan, Muthukumar, and Raichal Rabecca, among others.
The crew for the film also includes Vivek Vijayakumar as the director of photography, San Lokesh as the editor, and Ramu Thangaraj as the production designer.
Sivakumar Murugesan was recently announced to be directing Sivakarthikeyan in Seyon, which is set to release on October. Kamal Haasan is producing Seyon, under his Raaj Kamal Films International banner, in his second collaboration with Sivakarthikeyan after Amaran (2024).
