The makers of the movie Vengeance have released the first single, 'Thannila Kandam', from its soundtrack. The dance number is composed by Karthik Raja and sung by Diwakar.
As the name suggests, the song preaches anti-alcoholism highlighting certain themes from the film. The peppy beats of 'Thannila Kandam' are accompanied by lyrics that advises the youngsters to denounce liquor and not fall into the trap of addiction. The video features choreographer Sridhar.
Written and directed by Rahul Ashok, Vengeance features an ensemble of cast with Abarnathi in the lead and Ilavarasu, John Vijay, Livingston, Kaali Venkat, Saravana Subbaiah and Suresh Chakravarthy, essaying supporting roles in the film.
The film is produced by AP Ashok Kumar, under the banner AC Productions. Cinematography is handled by MS Prabhu, while the lyrics are penned down by Sukin Thamizhnithi. On the technical front, the background score is composed by Arun Raj, action is choreographed by Danger Mani, editing is handled by Imran and costumes are designed by Subika.
The protagonist Abarnathi, had previously acted in Irugapatru (2023), Maya Puthagam (2024), and Saamaniyan (2024), among others. She is currently awaiting the release of Moi Virundhu, directed by CR Manikandan.
