Director Vetri Maaran has unveiled the first look poster of the upcoming film Sailappan Cycle Mart. Directed by filmmaker Suka, the upcoming movie will have music by Ilaiyaraaja.
The first look poster has a cycle wheel on whose circumference a picture of a scenic village is seen. A temple, a small shop, a bus stand, a panchayat session in progress can all be observed in the simple picture
Billed as a family entertainer, Sailappan Cycle Mart is set in a village in the South of Tamil Nadu and revolves around the lives of people who live there and the incidents that happen to them every day.
The film will feature Esakki Karvannan, MS Bhaskar, Ilavarasu, Munnar Ramesh and director Subramania Siva in the lead roles. Actors Pooja Mohanraj, Katha Nandi, Surjith Gopinath, Vidya Vijayakumar, Yashwanth, Santhana Lakshmi and Meenakshi Iyer too will be seen playing pivotal roles in this movie. Plot details, along with a tentative release date are currently unknown.
The rest of the technical team includes cinematography by Martin Donraj, editing by Suresh URS and sound design by Manoj. The film is backed by Esakki Karvannan under the banner of his production house Lakshmi Creations.
