Mankatha box office Day 10: After 10 days in the theatres, Mankatha's box office collections have stabilized. Mankatha, which was first released on 2011, re-released in theatres on January 23.
On the 10th day of its theatrical run, the film collected Rs 19 lakhs at the Indian box office. This is a short rise from the collections for the previous two days. The rise can be attributed to the weekend crowd.
The total collections for the film after ten days at the theatres is Rs 12.19 crores at the Indian box office. Mankatha's worldwide collections have come to Rs 15.65 crores, after Day 10.
Mankatha was directed by Venkat Prabhu and has music by Yuvan Shankar Raja. The cast of the film also consists of Arjun, Trisha, Vaibhav, Anjali, Premgi, Raai Laxmi, Ashwin Kakumanu, Mahat Raghavendra, Subbu Panchu, Andrea Jeremiah, and Jayaprakash, among others.
Mankatha was released in 2011 and followed the story of a group of friends plotting a heist, when a corrupt cop, who is suspended for securing a criminal's life, takes over their plan.
Recently, actor Ajith reunited with Yuvan at the Dubai Autodrome, where Ajith is participating in the 24 hour races as part of his AK Racing team.
