The official synopsis of Suriya's Vishwanath and Sons, has been revealed by the British Body of Film Certification in the listing on their website. The upcoming film is set to open in theatres on August 14.
"In this Tamil-language romantic drama, a former Olympic shooter becomes emotionally entangled with the surrogate mother of his child when the infant falls ill," reads the synopsis of Vishwanath and Sons on the BBFC website.
Venky Atluri has written and directed the film which also stars Mamitha Baiju, Radikaa Sarathkumar, Raveena Tandon, Nasser, Sudha, Raghu Babu, Sunil Reddy, Bhavani Sri, Viva Harsha, Kaali Venkat, George Maryan, Hyper Aadhi, Srija Ravi, Sarvadaman Banerjee, Mathew Varghese, Kalyani Natarajan, Karate Karthik, and Master Charvik.
GV Prakash Kumar has compose music for Vishwanath and Sons, reuniting with Suriya after Soorarai Pottru (2021).
Suryadevara Naga Vamsi and Sai Soujanya are producing the film. Sithara Entertainments, Fortune Four Cinemas, and Srikara Studios are the banners backing the film.
