With the theatrical release of the film set for September 12, the makers of debut director Sam's Yolo has cleared the censorship formalities with a U certificate.

Both Dev and Devika are making their debut as male and female leads respectively, with the supporting cast featuring Badava Gopi, Praveen, Swati Nair, Akash Prem, Nithi Pradeep, Divakar, Yuvaraj, and Dileep Kumar, among others, in supporting roles.

Sam previously assisted renowned filmmakers Ameer Sultan and Samuthirakani. The makers said that the film will be about two strangers getting married to each other and the chaos that ensues. The film as the title suggests, will be on living a regret-free life as you live only once.

Sam co-wrote the screenplay with Rams Murugan, who also provided the story, and Panbu Selvan. The technical team includes cinematographer Sooraj Nallusami, editor AL Ramesh, music director Sukishna Xavier, art director Sampath Thilak, and stunt director 'Danger' Mani.

Yolo is produced by Mahesh Selvaraj's MR Motion Pictures.
