Following the commercial and critical success the film has earned, the makers on Monday dropped the jukebox of debut director Keerthiswaran's Dude, led by Pradeep Ranganathan.
Apart from the chartbuster 'Oorum Blood', the jukebox also comprises 'Singari', 'Nallaru Po', 'Kannukulla ', 'Yumabaibesa ', 'Kannukulla' (Reprise), 'Dude Trailer Blast ', 'Blud Is On His Way ', and 'Oorum Blood' (Unplugged).
Actor-director Pradeep Ranganathan issued a video address on Monday as the film completes the 'hat trick,' after the subsequent hits of Love Today and Dragon, to cross Rs 100 crore at the box office.
Dude, which was released on October 17 ahead of Deepavali, revolves around Agan (Pradeep) and Kural (Mamitha Baiju), who fall in love with each other, but not at the same time, and are forced to reject each other's proposals due to circumstances. What happens in their lives during the time period between their proposals has lasting consequences. How Agan and Kural deal with the complexities in their bond is what the film is about.
Apart from Pradeep and Mamitha, the film also stars Sarath Kumar, Rohini, Hridhu Haroon, and Dravid Selvam. Produced by Mythri Movie Makers, the film's technical crew comprises music composer Sai Abhyankkar, cinematographer Niketh Bommi, and editor Barath Vikraman.
Dude was released alongside Mari Selvaraj's Bison Kaalamaadan and Shanmugam Muthusamy's Diesel.
