Earlier today, actor Vishal took to social media to announce that he is starting a new podcast that is named after him. "I will speak only the truth through it. Why should I say all these? I always say the truth in interviews. This is a new endeavour: a podcast," he said. The actor went on to add that the podcast will offer an "unfiltered and unscripted version of Vishal." The podcast, named Yours Frankly Vishal, is set to start streaming very soon. A piece of text in the announcement video also reveals that the podcast will also have the "unexpected". The actor is yet to reveal further details about his new venture, such as who else will feature in it.
The announcement about Vishal's podcast comes shortly after his team confirmed to CE that he has taken over the directorial reins for his upcoming film Magudam from Ravi Arasu following creative differences with the latter.
Magudam is the 35th film in Vishal's career. It also stars Dushara Vijayan in an important role. Vishal's upcoming films also include the Kannada movie DAD - Devaraj Alias David, which is expected to release in theatres later this year.
