Rio Raj and Malavika Manoj are having a rude awakening. Their honeymoon period is over and their marriage is not going so well. This sets the basic premise of Rio Raj's upcoming film Aan Paavam Pollathathu, directed by Kalaiarasan Thangavel which is slated for a release in theatres on October 31.
The two-minute-long trailer opens with the duo having the best time of their life during the initial few months of their marriage. Soon, their idea of marriage falls apart and each one is not who they seem anymore. Rio Raj is caught in the midst of a storm and is struggling to navigate the chaos surrounding him. Before they know it, he is dragged to court with multiple cases and illnesses branded on him to annul his marriage with Malavika Manoj.
Apart from Rio and Malavika who are reuniting after Joe (2023), the film also features Sheela Rajkumar, Jenson Dhivakar, and RJ Vigneshkanth in pivotal roles.
With story, screenplay, and dialogue by Sivakumar Murugesan, the film has music by Siddhu Kumar, cinematography by Madhesh Manickam, and editing by Varun KG. Aan Paavam Pollathathu is bankrolled by Drumsticks Productions.
