Filmmaker Mari Selvaraj, who is gearing up for the release of his upcoming film with Dhruv Vikram, Bison Kaalamaadan, shared about his conversation with his daughter.

In a recent interview, the director mentioned that his daughter used to tell him that his movies did not make her laugh or feel happy. He added that he is seriously considering making a film for children like her.

Bison Kaalamaadan is directed and written by Mari Selvaraj, with music composed by Nivas K Prasanna in his first collaboration with the director. The film will be one of many releasing on October 17, coinciding with the Diwali festival.

The cast for Bison Kaalamaadan includes Anupama Parameshwaran, Ameer, Lal, Rajisha Vijayan, Azhagam Perumal, Aruvi Madhan, and Anurag Arora.

The film's crew includes Ezhil Arasu K as the cinematographer, Sakthi Thiru as the editor, Kumar Gangappan as the art director, and Dhilip Subbarayan as the action choreographer. Pa Ranjith is producing the film along with Sameer Nair, Aditi Anand, and Deepak Segal. Sunil Chainani, Pramod Cheruvalath, and Prasoon Garg serve as co-producers on the film. Applause Entertainment and Neelam Studios are the banners backing the film.

Bison is scheduled for release on October 17, during Diwali, alongside Keerthiswaran's Dude, Shanmugam Muhtusamy's Diesel, and Ram Chakri's Carmeni Selvam.
