The makers of GV Prakash's 25th feature film, Kingston, have shared an update regarding the second single from the film titled 'Celebration of Death.'
The kuthu song, expected to revolve around a funeral, will be released on February 15. Interestingly and ironically, GV Prakash has composed a track in Selvaraghavan's directorial Aayirathil Oruvan, titled 'Celebration of Life'.
It was recently announced that the film has entered the dubbing stage after completion of filming.
Written and directed by first-time filmmaker Kamal Prakash, the film's teaser hints at GV Prakash's character going on a search on a ship that seems to be abandoned in the ocean, which is said to be a place of no return. Kingston, touted to be "India's first sea fantasy adventure," is also expected to have horror elements in it.
While Divyabharathi plays the leading lady, the rest of the cast includes Chetan, Azhagam Perumaal, Antony, Sabumon Abdusamad, Arunachaleswaran, and Rajesh Balachandiran. The film has music by GV Prakash himself, cinematography by Gokul Benoy, editing by San Lokesh, and art direction by SS Moorthy.
GV Prakash has also produced Kingston alongside Umesh KR Bansal. The makers are yet to give a release date to the film.
