We had earlier reported that actor Siddharth will join 8 Thottakkal fame director Sri Ganesh for his 40th feature. The latest update from the makers of the film is that it has been titled 3 BHK.
The title was announced with a teaser that features the family around which the story revolves. Going by the glimpse, the film is expected to explore family emotions. It is worth noting that the director, in an earlier interaction with CE, said he wanted to make this film high on emotions after he has done two action thrillers back-to-back.
He had also said that by the time he finished writing 3 BHK, then an untitled film, Siddharth was fresh of the success of Chithha and that convinced him that he would be perfect to carry complex emotions in the subject.
The film, which also stars Sarath Kumar and Devyani in pivotal roles, is backed by Arun Viswa of Shanthi Talkies, the production company behind Sivakarthikeyan-Madonne Ashwin's Maaveeran. The film also stars Meetha Raghunath, Yogi Babu and Chaithra.
The technical crew of the film comprises cinematographers Dinesh Krishnan B and Jithin Stanislaus, editor Ganesh Siva, art director Vinoth Rajkumar N, and music director Amrit Ramnath. 3 BHK will be releasing in theatres this summer.
