The Super Deluxe duo, Thiagarajan Kumararaja and Vijay Sethupathi are reportedly reuniting for a new film. If the rumours are true, then filming for the project will begin in mid February.
Reports also suggest that Fahadh Faasil, will also be part of the project. If the casting is confirmed, then the upcoming project will reunite Vijay Sethupathi and Fahadh Faasil after Super Deluxe (2019) and Vikram (2022).
Thiagarajan Kumararaja hasn't made a feature film after his sophomore outing, Super Deluxe (2019). But he has since directed an episode of Modern Love Chennai, titled Ninaivo Oru Paravai.
Super Deluxe is a crime drama, which has a hyperlink structure. The film follows the stories of a young couple in distress, a transwoman reuniting with her family, the adventures of a group of boys, a religious fanatic who faces a dire situation, and a cunning police officer. Among its many accolades, Vijay Sethupathi was the recipient of the National Award for Best Supporting Actor.
